Can't find exactly what you're looking for? Loretta accepts a limited number of custom commissions each season. Whether you have a specific material in mind, need a particular size, or want something designed around your lifestyle — a custom order means you get exactly what you want.
How It Works
- Reach Out — Send Loretta a message through the Contact page describing your vision: style, size, materials, colors, and any inspiration images you have.
- Consultation — Loretta will follow up within 2–3 business days to discuss your ideas, share available materials, and confirm feasibility.
- Quote and Deposit — Once the design is confirmed, you'll receive a quote and invoice. A 50% deposit is required to begin work.
- Creation — Loretta hand-crafts your piece, typically within 4–8 weeks depending on complexity and current queue.
- Final Payment and Shipping — Once complete, you'll receive photos for approval. The remaining balance is due before shipping.
Custom Order Pricing
Custom orders are priced based on materials, size, and complexity. Most custom handbags start at $150. Italian leather pieces typically begin at $250. A detailed quote is provided before any commitment is made.
