Are all bags truly handmade?
Yes — every single piece is handcrafted by Loretta from start to finish. No factories, no outsourcing. Each bag is cut, stitched, and finished by hand in Oregon.

Are the bags one-of-a-kind?
Most pieces are made in very limited quantities — often just one. Once sold, many designs will not be recreated in the same material or color. If you love something, don't wait.

What materials do you use?
Loretta works with premium Italian leathers, genuine Pendleton wool, natural cork, waxed canvas, linen, and cotton. All materials are selected for quality, durability, and beauty.

Can I request a custom bag?
Yes! Loretta accepts a limited number of custom commissions. Visit the Custom Orders page to learn more and get in touch.

Ordering and Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through Shopify's secure checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Orders that have already shipped cannot be modified. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

How long does shipping take?
In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because each piece is handmade in limited quantities, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.

What if my bag is damaged?
Loretta stands behind her work. If you experience a craftsmanship issue within 90 days of purchase, please reach out — we'll assess and repair or replace as appropriate.
